Hi, I'm Suresh Patel, and if you'd told me years ago that I'd have over 45 published books on Amazon, I probably wouldn't have believed you.

Writing has always been my way of making sense of the world and fiction, in particular, gave me the freedom to explore characters, emotions, and stories that go beyond everyday life. From gripping narratives to tales that span multiple genres, every book I've written has been a piece of me poured onto the page.

Let me be honest with you writing this book was not easy. Looking back at your own life, the choices you made, the battles you fought, and the moments that shaped you it takes courage. But I wrote No Regrets: A Journey Through Law and Life because I believe that real stories, told honestly, have the power to change people.

I've spent decades navigating the world of law a world that can be thrilling, demanding, and at times, deeply personal. Along the way, I faced struggles that tested me to my core. There were moments of doubt, moments of failure, and moments where I had to decide who I really wanted to be. This memoir is the true account of all of that raw, unfiltered, and real.

"The law teaches you to argue both sides. Life teaches you that sometimes, there are no perfect answers only the choices you can live with."

But this book isn't just for lawyers or law students though if you're one, you'll find insights here that no textbook will ever give you. It's for anyone who has ever had to fight for something that mattered, navigate a system that felt overwhelming, or find their footing when the ground shifted beneath them.

I wrote it as a human being first, and a lawyer second. Because behind every case, every courtroom, every legal argument there are people. People with fears, with hopes, with stories of their own. My story is one of those.

If you're a law student trying to figure out what your career might actually look like beyond the textbooks this is for you. If you're a practising lawyer who sometimes wonders whether you're on the right path this is for you too. And if you're simply someone who believes that resilience, integrity, and the courage to keep going matter then yes, absolutely, this book is for you.

I lived this journey. I made mistakes along the way. And I came out the other side with no regrets not because everything went perfectly, but because I faced it all honestly.
