In today’s times most of us are glued to and dependent on computers, laptops, mobile phones, tables, television screens, OTT platforms which has led the society to be zombies glued to digital screens resulting in a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyles.

In addition to walking, exercise yoga etc whatever one is doing for their mental well being and health it’s also mandatory to learn the art of digital detox which basically means being away from the digital ecosystem for sometime say 30 minutes a day and give your system a break from the continuous barrage of the screens and just see and feel the difference in your mental framework.

Start small one step at a time and reset your lifestyle 30. minutes a day can be increased to couple of hours a day eventually.

You only live once and hence make good the most of it.
